Our approach is simple: come out, look at where water is actually getting in, figure out the real cause, and recommend the cheapest fix that will actually solve it. Sometimes that's a $200 grading fix. Sometimes it's a full interior waterproofing system. We tell you which it is — honestly — before we quote anything.

What We Won't Do

• Sell you a $20,000 system when a $3,000 fix would solve the problem.
• Tell you a non-structural crack is a foundation emergency.
• Push a "today only" discount to pressure a same-visit signature.
